Refunds & Cancellation

Canceling your membership
You can cancel anytime from your account ("Manage billing") or by emailing support@neuji.com. When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for and will not renew. There is no cancellation fee.
Subscription refunds
If Neuji isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we'll refund it in full. After that window, fees for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Annual memberships canceled mid-term keep access until the period ends; we do not pro-rate partial periods except where required by law.
API credits
Prepaid API credits are purchased in advance and drawn down as you use the API ($0.02 per request). Purchased credits do not expire and roll over month to month. Unused purchased credits are non-refundable once bought, except where required by law — if something went wrong, contact us and we'll make it right. The API requests included with your membership reset each billing period and have no cash value.
Billing issues & disputes
Payments are processed by Stripe. If you see a charge you don't recognize or believe is an error, please email support@neuji.com before opening a dispute — we aim to resolve billing questions within two business days.
Promotions
Promotional credits and discount codes are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer. They have no cash value, can't be combined unless stated, may be limited in quantity, and may be withdrawn at any time.
