One Neuji account signs you in everywhere. Sign-in is handled by Neuji's own identity service at
id.neuji.app; the regional sites hand you to it to log in and receive you back afterward, so your credentials
live in one place.
Signing in
Choose Sign in (or visit /login). You are taken to id.neuji.app, enter your email and password,
and are returned to the page you came from, signed in. Sign-in works regardless of how your email is punctuated —
a Gmail dot or a plus-tag variant of your address logs in to the same account (see
Sign up).
One account, every region
Your account is global. The same login works on neuji.com and neuji.co.uk; there is no separate UK or US
account to create or keep in sync. The region you are on affects only how results are weighted and where the page
is served — it is a presentation choice, not where your data is held.
If you forget your password
- On the sign-in screen choose Forgot password, or visit
/forgot, and enter your email address. - Neuji emails a reset link, valid for 1 hour. (For your privacy, the page always says a link was sent, whether or not an account exists for that address — so the form never reveals who has an account.)
- Open the link, set a new password (again, at least 8 characters), and sign in.
Resetting your password signs you out of every device and cancels any pending email change — a clean way to secure the account if you suspect someone else has reached it.
