Promo codes
A promo (or gift) code grants free credit to your account. The credit lands in your purchased bucket, so it rolls over and does not expire with the monthly reset.
Redeem a code
- Open Settings → Billing → API credits → Redeem a code (or /account/credits).
- Type the code and Redeem.
- On success the granted amount is added to your purchased bucket immediately and shown as a
promoentry in your activity.
A code is case-insensitive and may be redeemed once per account.
If it does not work
| Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Invalid | The code does not exist (or has been deactivated). Check for typos. |
| Already redeemed | You have already redeemed this code; a code counts once per account. |
| Expired | The code is past its expiry date. |
| No longer available | The code reached its total redemption limit across all accounts. |
